Richard Peiser
Richard Peiser has been the Michael D. Spear Professor of Real Estate Development at the Graduate School of Design since 1998. He is also Director of the university-wide Real Estate Academic Initiative created in 2003. His courses: Real Estate Finance and Development, Field Studies in Real Estate, Planning and Urban Design, and Advanced Real Estate Development and Finance offer basic and advanced-level study of real estate at the GSD.

Brian O. Looney, AIA, NCARD, LEED – AP, BD+C
Principal Designer, ODE Architecture
Brian serves as the Principal Designer of ODE Architecture. Through his career, he has led the design of desirable destinations across the built spectrum including a flagship grocer, a train station, a ballpark, multiple mixed-use downtown districts, hotels, high-rise multi-family buildings, simple townhouses, stacked housing, and affordable housing neighborhoods, serving metropolitan New York City, suburban Chicago, greater Atlanta, the Washington, DC metro area. and internationally in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Brian is a graduate of Yale University and the School of Architecture and Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
